When was the last time you were truly held?

The Experience

What does it mean to receive?

To receive is to let the body be supported, moved and listened to — in water or on the floor, at a pace where sensation can be heard before words. My practice is grounded in osteopathic principles, with training in Aquatic Bodywork, Fascia Soma and Wúo Taï (Roland & Nat Combes). Rather than treating symptoms, I create conditions for the body to unwind and reconnect in its own way - accompanying your process, whether you're metabolising a powerful experience, a loss, or simply a period that asked more of you than you had to give. Through touch, movement and careful attention, I accompany your unique process with sensitivity and presence.

WHAT IT'S FOR

  • Somatic Integration
  • Chronic pain
  • Burnout
  • Nervous system support
  • Life transitions
  • Deep rest

My Approach

I don't follow a fixed protocol. I listen, observe and accompany your body's own process.

Aquatic Bodywork

What it is

A one-to-one bodywork session in warm water, where floating, gentle movement and therapeutic touch invite the body into deep rest and ease.

Who it's for

Anyone drawn to water. Especially supportive during grief, transition, integration after a significant threshold, chronic tension, and burnout. Non-swimmers are welcome.

What may emerge

Each session is unique. People often describe a deep sense of ease, emotional release, vivid imagery, memories or simply feeling more connected to themselves.

Wúo Taï

Fascia & osteopathic touch

What it is

A one-to-one, floor-based session rooted in Wúo Taï, an osteopathically informed method developed by Roland Combes in France. Gentle spiralling movement and fascial listening invite the body to release tension, restore mobility and reconnect as a whole.

Who it's for

Chronic tension, back and neck pain, post-injury recovery, fatigue, mental overload, and digestive or breath restrictions -  or anyone seeking a deeper relationship with their body through touch.

What may emerge

Each session follows the body's own rhythm. People often describe spaciousness, greater ease of movement, deep relaxation, and a renewed connection with themselves.
