Move

If your body could lead, where would it take you?

The Experience

What does it mean to move?

To move is to listen. To let the body become both the question and the answer. We gather because something in us longs to move. Sometimes it is joy. Sometimes grief. Sometimes curiosity. Sometimes we simply need a space where the body can express itself freely. Through movement, imagination and somatic practices, we create opportunities to explore, restore and reconnect with the living, sensing body.

  • Seekers of embodied presence
  • Chronic tension & burnout
  • Curious beginners

My Approach

I hold the space, offer scores and images, and let the group intelligence do its work. I do not impose a style; I follow what is alive in the room.

Dance & Imagination

What it is

A movement practice that weaves improvisation, somatic listening, imagination and play. Through guided scores, music and moments of shared movement, we explore new ways of sensing, expressing and relating: both to ourselves and to others.

Who it's for

For anyone curious about movement as a form of exploration and expression. No dance experience is needed: only a willingness to move.

What may emerge

Greater freedom, creativity and presence. Many people leave feeling more connected to themselves, more expressive, and with a renewed sense of permission to simply be.

Fascia Flow

Curves, spirals, springiness

What it is

A slow, sensuous, fascia-informed movement practice that restores posture through the body's natural curves, spirals and elasticity. Through fluid movement and mindful repetition, we cultivate strength, sensitivity, mobility and ease.

Who it's for

For anyone wanting to improve posture, move with greater freedom, release tension, or reconnect with their body.\nNo previous experience is needed.

What may emerge

A lighter posture, greater mobility, deeper breathing and a body that feels more resilient, responsive and alive.

Restorative Somatic Movement

Deep rest, nervous system care

What it is

A slow, floor-based practice that invites the body to unwind through gentle movement, breath and somatic awareness. A space to slow down, restore and reconnect with yourself.

Who it's for

For anyone experiencing stress, burnout, chronic tension or overwhelm, or simply longing for a practice centred on rest.

What may emerge

Deep rest. Freer breathing. A sense of spaciousness, ease and a renewed connection with your body.
